- get married, and have kids, and get a car, and go to the gym. You are just in a bad cycle. You should stop your medication as it isn't helping much so you maybe don't need it. When you start work, you'll be fine and will surprise yourself that you will feel so much better. Work helps you.

Hi Folks,

I couldn't manage to post until now;

Unfortunately and annoying I can't do paid work, instead I have always entertained the idea of volunteering in non paid office volunteering.

I personally don't believe in marriages, because a lot of them, will end up either in trial separation, separation, or finally divorce. I would just really like to be in a long term/permanent relationship, without marriage implied.

Oh yes, I do my fitness workouts to my fitness dvds, in my spare time. During lunchtimes in at home as a pep up workout, or earlier in the mornings.

Just an af ter thought, I cannot come off my medica tion, i am on a very well cycle of 11 years of Abilify, and I realise deep down, I cannot either go cold turkey, or go too lower doseages, so no, I can't come off, Abilfy - GP's word. GP's final decision.

Best regards all.
