I feel super calm and joyful after yoga and certain kinds of meditation.

Anyone else had luck with yoga and meditation?

Yoga every day🙏 (y) I feel it helps my overall mindset but it is still hard for me to hold onto the peace throughout the day...does anyone know how to help with this?
A few months ago I was meditating for 5 minutes and 13 seconds every day and I really felt a lot more at peace then... I don't remember when/how/why I fell out of it but it's so hard to commit to get back into it....

Anyone else had luck with yoga and meditation?
I practise ten minutes of mindfulness meditation everyday and it helps with my mood and OCD.
