Yoga and meditation have been my best tools for helping me manage anxiety, depression and trauma


My name is Heather Mason. I am a yoga therapist and psychotherapist trainee, studying neuroscience. I have suffered from mental health problems for many years and used yoga and meditation as my main forms of relief. I now teach my methods to others. Hi welcome

Just to say hi and welcome, hope u enjoy this site i have jus returned after cpl of years off..i am not sure how to put a new thread on could u help at all?

I have been sufferin with depression, stress and anxiety for as long as i can remem..i take anti d's, mood stabilisers and find cbt very useful..

I havnt been sleeping to well since the wkend and by the time now, i am needing to get back to bed and try to get some more ZZZZZZ's lol..
