Hi everyone,


For many many years, I have always suffered with terrible bouts of anxieties, and only just recently today literally in fact, I have discovered a trick to solve this problem. Air and sea Travel Wrists Bands. Yes, that's what I have said. To my amazement, and I could have done with this in time for yesterday, because there is a pulse nerve within the bands to sooth down any air and sea sickness, which at times, can be a preventative help for, I have noticed from and for me, that it is very very effective to help counteract any form of anxieties. So aware, of the fact, I'm shortly next month to be away on holiday, and previously and subconsiously I would have been very anxious, no, surprisingly, I'm now not severely anxious, or mild anxious, I'm now and ecstatic feeling well, in that respect. Just a tip, though, do remove them before having a shower or bath, also, I'm not sure about overnight wear. Certainly for my waking hours, I'm finding these bands which can be purchased, bought, in this country, and over in another country as well, highly effective. Even thouhg aware pretty much so, another few weeks, and then my holiday with parents.


I can now even wear them to help me out to feel much more calmer, relaxed, for travel, via buses overhere, and in time for holidays, and any volunteering interviews which volunteering wise, eventually could come my way.


They come in 2 colours, and I prefer a certain colour of bands to wear. Note, can be costly, only I'm finding them powerful, and beneficial for me.

HI Unique,

I knew about bands before in the sense of holidays; however,, I suddenly realised, yesterday, it worked well for anxiety too.


I trialed the bands for overnight, and they are very very highly affective, I cannot feel any anxieties, brewing up, or having brewed up. As I say, though, must remove for washing hands, and in time for shower or bath, and then you may wear them again, for overnighters.

HI everyone,


I can now happily confirm, that at 4.45 approaching, that anxiety, wise, I am completely miracously better, thanks for the travel flight and air and sea sickness wristbands for that. I trialed overnight as I say, and I settled to sleep very well, and am still wearing them now.



Ohjust a thought, and that is on top of me having reduced my dose slightly by 5ml, down to 20ml, temporarily for the time being.

Just think how amazing it would be if these bands actually do absolutely nothing to your body. Wouldnt that be brilliant. Because it would show just how effective your own mind can be in controlling anxiety. I hope that this is the truth going on here. But in any case, I'm glad it works, however it works, and thanks for bringing it to our attention. I will try one out if it's not too expensive.

They actually come as a pair for both wrists, as I say, they are slightly costly not too expensive.


Even at this stage, for the purposes of anxieties, mild or severe, within me at times can build up rapidly severe, the bands are still functioning very very well. I feel completely better for that.


Usually, I would feel anxiouis about travelling away with parents, for on holiday, the holiday itself this is, and a long time ago, because I am on medication at the right dose, feel anxious and paranoia, about out and about, I can't even feel like that now. Due to the fact I am physcotic, I can't come off med, the bands though do save me for having anymore extra medicaiton, and in particular for anxieties. I just wish I knew thsi idea, before I had my Gp appointment, then, it would have saved me the bother of attending. Oh yes, I even felt about anxiouis, getting into the car overehere, a lot of the time since my fathers temporary bout of illness car incident, I don't even feel anxious like that now.

HI all,


Just an update; I have happily been listening to music, and knitting, which always seems to happen before being away on holiday nearer to the holiday time and; anxieties wise, no, I am absolutely fine, can't feel or react to any anxieities at all, very much thanks, to the oriignally for travel air and sea sickness wristbands.

For anxieties, purposes, and without having to have the extra med for that specifically, they are marvellous, to work with.


I might be planning for my week ahead, that's different, in the main, I now have my anxieties, all under control once again, thanks to the wristbands. As I vouch, I don't why i didn't have the idea way before my GP appointment just recently, would have saved me the bother of making the appointment to attend.

HI all,


I have now removed the bands. Apart from the fact they were gripping me somewhat, and temporarily they had done the trick, of calming me down, in view of uncertainty abou an air travel lfight, long haul. Now that has been sorted and rectified, I am much better, I'll remove the bands, i felt. These are not to be worn I have realised anyhow, on a long term basis, only for the short term. Still, they are better than extra medication.

HI all,

My anxieties now are very much better and also calmer, since from the middle of last week, when my father and i had an outgoing flight situation problem occurr and this has now been rectified, and solved, I am very much better, so not until the air travel itself, I don't need to have the bands on. Shoiuld I happen to feel anxious about beign out and about from over the weekend, for the duration of the weekend, I'll wear my bands, I felt, from Friday night onwards, and remove them off, from Monday night onwards.


Overall, my anxieties now are so much better.

Hi all,


My anxieities are well today. This is without the travel flight wrist bands on, which was only temporary, to help calm my nerves down.


If I might feel anxious in time for ad hoc volunteering stint, again, on they go again, on Sunday night in time for Monday onwards.


I'm happily non anxiouis listening to music, and cross stitching needleworking, this time around.

Hi all,


My anxieties are very well behaved at the moment. I'm not wearing the wrist bands though, if I happen to feel the need to, for later on this evening, I will put them on, and remain so, for the purposes of the weekend, and early week. Certainly a much better technique than having to take a dose of my medication, which in that respect, because my anxeities aren't too bad at the moment, nor panicky, I won't take the med dose just yet of the extra supplement I have b een prescribed from GP service.



When it gets to Sunday night Monday, I might then remove off the bands.


I always get to feel like this on the Friday nights, and then feel anyway much better come the Monday mornings. Probably becasue there will be more and more communication back ups, in the sense of to volunteer, or to find medical support to check on or to see about making an appointment if i need to. I am always that much more at ease, during and from the beginning of each week.

HI all,


I was feeling somewhat anxious, earlier during the evening, so I felt to put the wristbands on, and, I'm very much easier now.


With the bands on, I can happily focus to do my needleworking, not feeling anxious.

HI Everyone,


Even though I felt to workout to fitness dvd this afternoon, withoiut the bands, may not help with the circulation boost in this respect, and then whipped t hem back on afterwards, at this time on Saturday afternoon, London UK time, I'm fine, I can't feel any anxieties up due to the fact I have the bands on, at all.


And, I think they might even be helping me to overcome my paranoia levels, too. Apart from the fact and I am on only 1 type for mental health medication.

HI Everyone,


My paranoia and also anxeities levels were starting to increase rapidly. I put on my travel sickness bands, as I discovered a trick recently that they have a pulse nerve button in both wrists, which calms down the anxiety and to some extent paranoia ailments, I am now and still wearing the bands, much much better and more at ease with myself.


I'm not working today, attending all being well class of zumba gold for tomorrow morning.


I'll then get a workout done on Thursday, or Friday, and then hopefully to attend zumba gold on Saturday morning.

HI all,


I am wearing my wristbands at the moment and for remainder and overnighter, I am fine, I had to increase my med dose earlier, due to paranoia levels increasing, building up to panick attacks wise, no, I'm very well again now.

Hi all,


As I am on my high not too high dose of med, currently, things are very well at the moment, I have decided to leave my wristbands off, and see how I go managing for up to during the evening. If at anytime, from during until the late evening, I'll feel mild or severely anxious, I'll put the bands on again. Also, I have come to realise, that, I can't become too - now I'm not sure what is the word to use) dependant on the bands as well, so I felt to have a break from them.


My paranoia levels are fine at the moment. I have just realised, that I am very tired for today, busier with housework, and out shopping, although I was only out the once, early morning. No, mistake I was out twice.


I shall in a few moments press on with my cross stitching work, and listening to music combined.

HI all,

At this time, my anxieties are calm and fine, this is without the travel sickness bands on, which i discovered calm down the anxieties nerve levels anyway, not just for travel puposes. I am relaxed whilst cross stitching and listening to music combined. Now I have to get to a completely different location and different voluntary stint on Tuesday, if I'll happen to feel anxious on Sunday, Saturday at the earliest, then, I'll put them on again.

Hi all,

I'm not wearing my bands at the moment. I have dropped back my doseage a bit, I took the dose after lunch, and I'm fine. No anxeities at all.

I'm fine, very well not anxious at all, and this is without wearing the travel sickness bands, and even though I dropped back my dose slightly by 5ml. No, I'm not on 5ml, I mean 20ml down from 25ml. of medication.


I don't have any paranoia feelings up at the moment, either. I thought i would trial you see, without the bands on, and see how I get on, this weekend, mind you, Father and I are possibly going to casino in East London tomorrow, so i might just in case, later on during the evening, put the bands on. As I say, I know I can't come to dependant on them. Otherwise, they won't work, say for on holiday trips. Anyway, I don't feel I will have to wear them, during this evening.
