Worries

I am a bit hypomanic this morning

I woke up at 5:30 and went for a run - first time this year
It was pretty chilly

After about 10 minutes I started to wheeze.
I was unable to keep up the pace and had to walk quite a bit on the way home
When I got back to the bedroom I took a puff of my ventalin

BUT I ONLY HAD the Ventolin because of the chest infection - that's supposed to be cleared up.
This is a worrying me - have I damaged my lungs?
Will I get breathing difficulties from now on?
Will it get better?

And I am hypomanic - another worry.

if you had a bad chest infection it might take a while to fully recover. also if you haven't run for a while maybe you need to start easier.

Chest infection, plus cold air, plus not run for a while, plus cloud of pollution from France (exacerbating bad chests) = higher wheeze probability.

Also, I swear regular ventolin use made me more likely to wheeze, like it made my lungs more unable to sort it out themselves.

Maybe build back up to running more slowly to get fitness back up, maybe avoid very chilly/damp air if you can - run later in the day.
I don't use my inhaler now, except if I run in cold weather. I take a puff before I start, then it stops my chest getting tight in the cold.

I was so stressed yesterday, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that I woke up and felt a bit mad.
I decided I HAD to go out and talk to my tree (I haven't talked to him for months)
And I had to do it totally naked.

So I went out and ran part of the way, picking my way carefully along the path through the nature reserve as I had bare feet
And I had a very positive experience with my tree
I felt most happy afterwards and decided to carry on and have a run around for a bit - up to the main road and back through the park.
Which was lovely :)
And then I had to jump into bed to warm up

But some would interpret this as behaviour indicative of my hypomania or even psychosis.

And now I have blood blisters on the souls of my feet from all that running on hard surfaces.
The problem was that it was so cold my feet went numb and I couldn't feel that I was putting them through too much

Now I have to do something about these blood blisters because if they stay as they are I am going to get bad knees from tilting my feet all the time

My life!
What is it like?

I don't know how to feel.

I have had a successful day in that I have achieved several important things.
But I went for a Chinese and overate

And now I feel a bit down
Will I wake up early in the morning again and behave like a madman?
Or will I get depressed after the excitement?

I just want to be happy

I think it is normal to talk to trees. When I was in collage years ago I used to sit for hours in my tree talking about my problems. The good thing about trees they do not answer back, They just listen. Hope your feet are ok.

I'm worried about my mood again.
I feel like doing naughty things.
I feel like indulging in heightened sensual experiences (i.e. pain or danger)

Feeling a bit lost and lonely. I could do with someone noticing me soon.

I won't be talking to another human being again today.
This pleases me not.

you can always ring up the Samaritans for a chat or some other helpline.

Samaritans don't 'chat' - unless you want to talk about your imminent demise :(
