So I've just had a rubbish therapy session, my self harm was the main focus as we have to prioritise life threatening behaviour (DBT). I more wanted to talk about what happened in my last session (I became quite badly dissociated and was responding to hallucinations) but didn't really get the chance although my therapist agrees that we should definitely talk about it next week.

This has left me feeling deflated and I know I am vulnerable to drug use in this state so instead I am sat in Costa with a pot of tea and I am trying to think of ideas to make me a better version of myself and ways to feel fulfilled without drugs.

Does anybody have any ideas or even projects I can work on that may help with this? I have a poor sense of self so I'd like to see myself become someone I can respect. Once I finish writing this post I am going to research veganism as I am considering becoming vegan.

The vegan path is exciting and beneficial.

Try to keep an open mind and don't get bogged down by the trivialities.

It is definitely a path worth pursuing. There are lots of festivals - animal aid, viva, vegan soc etc. Also lots of new products all the time.

At its the core the universe is benevolent and I would advocate a spiritual path to fill the void that drug use leaves.

If you need any help I will try my best to answer.
