Work-based anxiety - opinions wanted!

Hi all,

I am a Ph.D. student with anxiety. I used to suffer from depression and anxiety, I used medicine and CBT to improve, and have the depression mostly under control now. However now my anxiety is worse than ever, it is general anxiety with a constant feeling of stress. Its making it hard to concentrate, it takes me ages to get to sleep and I feel zoned out all the time.

I know it is being caused by my Ph.D. but I only have a year left and really want to finish it. I feel like cause I know what's causing it and refuse to stop I'm being silly but I hate feeling this way but also don't want to quit.

Does anyone have any advice on how to reduce the anxiety?
