I keep having this compulsion to tell my boyfriend everything that I think of, or do. Like I feel like I have to tell him every piece of truth. I know that I don’t have to tell him everything, it just makes me feel like I’m a bad girlfriend for not being completely upfront about stuff.

I'm not a psychologist or an expert around OCD but, personally, I think openness and honesty are good foundations for a trusting relationship. Now, how the other person reacts to that openness and honesty is another question. But I don't think you should feel bad about it, at all.
