So I decided that today I was going to try doing squats inside because I got such terrible blisters yesterday and I still need to do exercise while they are healing. Wow! Squats are amazingly hard work! I realized that this would be a great workout for those days it is too wet to go outside. I got into a rhythm of doing 20 squats, walk around my apartment, 20 squats and so on. I did this for about 15 minutes and I had sweat dripping down my face, and my legs felt like jelly.

Does anyone else have any ideas for indoor exercise that doesn't require jumping? I can only imagine how annoying it would be for the people living below me to have my doing jumping jacks for 20 minutes on end.
