I was sleeping descent and now I can't sleep. Everyday it's feeling down or empty. The anxiety comes and goes. I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut no matter how hard I try to feel better.

Inadequate sleep is a problem. I had it this week after drinking too much. But each day has been better than the one before. Now I just need to start being more productive to ease a troubled mind.

Know that there will be bettee days. Train yourself to think positive. Listen to good and uplifting songs on youtube. Music helps and it makes you think and feel better.
