Why am i so afraid of everyone? Its to a point where i wont answer my own door! Dont want to go anywhere. Is the outside really that horrible...maybe or maybe not. Id rather not find out. Im on several meds to help with my mental health but it just seems im at a standing point. Will this forever be me?

Hello soblue and :welcome: to the forum. There is hope honestly. You can see a therapist and work slowly through all this. It started somewhere and the therapy isn't just knowing what happened, but how to behave differently so you can live in life more. A GP can refer you to CBT, but it might be an idea to think about getting some independently, which is about £35 - 40 an hour which sounds a lot, but you can usually save that up. Its worth it to find a way back to living.

I hope you can find more on here who will be able to help you. xxx
