Sometimes serious topics get twisted to a point that it is funny like. To the point were I can't take anything serious. What is wrong with me?

I heard somewhere once that comedy is a way to protect ourselves.
Sometimes things just being so real and unwanted, no one wants tragedy, thus comedy..

Maybe you're tired of hearing negativity and your tolerance for it and empathy have gone down.. In which case, I suggest doing something else. :p Something that you can laugh about.

Laughter and comedy are simply ways of dealing with situations we may or may not like. People react in different ways - comedy and laughter are simply some of these, so there's nothing wrong with it as long as you're not insensitive about it towards those who don't react the same way!x
