on a high fat diet you don't cut calories,the more fat you eat the more waight you lose.I know,i lost 120lb the Atkins way,and didn't exercise.I think I have the same problem. I cut for awhile and then I overeat so no weight ever stays off. I'm trying the fasting now though. That has guaranteed cut calories. I'll weigh myself this week to see if I've lost anything in the two weeks.
