Ishwar Puri Ji: There is an astro-physical overlap where ghosts and disembodied spirits live and try to communicate with us. For example, those who commit suicide spend time in the overlap.
i've read a lot on spiritual cosmologies.

i'd agree that there is a between place, a grey area, a lower astral realm - whatever ways it can be termed.

i'd think also that some souls become earth bound as well.

The Astral levels seem to be what the bulk of spiritual writings are concerned with, but i'd wager that there is a lot more to the spiritual Worlds/Realms.

Perhaps there is such a place, it would not surprise me. But I don't think all people who commit suicide end up there, I think a lot is dependent on the inner state of the person when they commit suicide.

Personally I think the turn into ghosts and their energy remains. Also I have to say that the human body makes it hard to really truly kill yourself for a reason.

This is truly going to sound weird but when I think about it, why would you want to spend eternity in turmoil and haunting while you can spend some time on earth working through your feelings and getting better.

Whatever happens, I would hate to go out on a down note when the music I've been living my whole life has included some decent parts.

Maybe not many, but a lot more than none at all which is where I think it would feel like. Where ever that is.

Who knows, five minutes, five hours, something to make it worthwhile to stick around could happen.

Nobody knows and those who tell us about the afterlife is a big fat liar! 🤥

Because, how do they know? Where is the proof?

We all die. We all go to the same place.

Why do we all experience different kinds of deaths? Who decides how we are going to die?
Who gets to die peacefully? Who gets to die in such a violent way?

Don’t let people that do not know squat tell you otherwise.

Some people are very imaginative and charismatic and can pull off this type of ‘career.’
Talented Power of Persuasion.....Public Speakers.

‘All types of deaths’ are painful to the loved ones we leave behind. This is the only thing we know.

To wherever it is we go or don't go , the fact that somebody took their own life should have no bearing on it at all if God is all Compassionate and a loving God .

Sadly I believe once someone dies, he is lost forever. Life is just a word for complex biology. And this makes me so afraid of the future.

If there's nothing there's nothing to fear because you won't be able to fear or be pissed off about their being no life after death. On balance though I think evidence suggests we go on in some convoluted albeit temporary form. They've done tests measuring Electrical Activity on corpses and it's been proven that the Brain continues to exude electrical signals for up to 6 weeks after death. Absence Of Proof does not = Proof of Absence.

The nothingness is what I fear. It's a concept I can't grasp and would mean ultimate end.

I don't believe anyone is punished after death for anything they do here.Think about it,some religions believe if you say the words shit hell or even damn you will burn forever in hell.We all go to the same place after death regardless of who or what we are here or Earth. It's all a process, the same process we go through, just the same as we all go through the process of being born.

Besides that,if someone kills their self it's because they are emotionally/mentally unstable at the time, why should they be punished for it.for needing help?

I used to believe in the above but what about people that have caused untold suffering in this world and have not paid for it in this life . I can understand Purgatory as it does entail suffering but through remorse and repentance on what they did God provides them with a way out to lesser levels of suffering and maybe evn to Heaven or Reincarnation or whatever it is.

God wouldn't even put skum like Hitler and Stalin through eternal Hell and Damnation because that would make him even worse than them and therefore absolutely not worth worshipping one bit or being considered the font of all wisdom.

Don't worry about that SD .

If there's nothing better than this world after we go on then there's no God and w'ere released from the terrible suffering that's endemic to this world.

Like Going to Sleep but without dreams or nightmares - Nothing to fear at all.
