Only benzos help me. Nothing else does. I have An autoimmune disease that is disfiguring and I suffer from anxiety, depression and Ocd due to trauma. I am at the point where I do not care if I get addicted. Thoughts anyone.

Sometimes people have to just get through that moment in time, when everything seems unbearable, however they can.

Many find though that benzodiazepenes bring there own set of problems to deal with. A minor issue i have heard of is incontinence due to the relaxation of muscles.

It would be good to find some other ways to cope as there isn't much help out there in helping people with addictions, or it is hard to get.

Disfigurement? It sounds like you are in a really bad place because of these other problems. I have great sympathy for you and what you are having to go through. Keep writing and we will try and support you through this.

It is a long road, but life can be good sometimes.

Hi,
I'm so sorry your suffering like this, I have fibromyalgia, arthritis inflammatory, diabetes and schizophenia also have roseca.
I feel your pain, I'm on lots of meds.
Occasional use of benzos wouldn't be a problem if your dr will prescribe.
However becoming addicted really wouldn't help you longterm I feel.
Hugs
