My anxiety has, for as long as I remember, been overwhelming.
My antidepressant medication is supposed to assist but I still have symptoms quite severely.
I literally shake and feel dizzy and nauseous. My mouth goes dry.
I see a therapist but for some reason, I’m always perfectly calm when I see her so she doesn’t really believe I have GAD despite both my gp and psychiatrist seeing it firsthand.
I’ve been funded for assistive technology under the NDIS in Australia to purchase apps for my phone and iPad. What are some of the best for an over anxious schizophrenia and depression sufferer? Any ideas?

I just wanted to send love
maybe you could write down what happens to you right after an anxiety attack and show it to your therapist?
I don't know why she wouldn't believe you ,I mean you see them for an hour a week?
and there are dozens more hours in the week that you could be suffering from anxiety

I hope some one comes along with a good reply soon
love Lu xxx
