Princess cookie thats not a very healthy diet. Your really missing out on vitamins and minerals and could be doing damage to your organs and bones over a longer period. You need to be adding in some proteins and some vegetables

What do you want to eat?

How does what you eat make you feel? do you feel tired or lethargic?

I make a rice, chicken and vegetable soup that lasts me about a week and it's pretty easy to experiment with flavours or keep bland or more recently a sweet potato curry.

Multivitamins are ok but they're only supplements to a balanced diet your body doesn't get the fibre, protein or roughage it need from them to keep the body healthy internally.

Well I only eat when it feels "safe" and would help me loose weight,I treat myself to a salad/mcdonals I am done with greasy take-aways and chocolate,I really want to loose weight.I drink coffee so it helps me and btw is very good for flushing out the fat/pee. I also take medication for constipation so that draws that out. I want to be skinny again and with a little effort it will work. you can PM any time

To be honest with three balanced meals a day you'd easily be able to achieve your goal but don't sacrifice your health to get there.

At least you are eating and soup can be quite nutritious depends what's in it.
So well done!
Some more protein would be beneficial as,
You know what's a healthy diet
And being as skinny as you can isn't useful,
I'm hoping you can get help, clearly you've have a lot to deal with
Great you're here on the forum

For me at 43 now I've been using stimulant laxatives since I was 13 using my mothers laxatives by 15 they stopped working they were stool softeners and bulking agents.
Then I had to buy my own laxatives as I suddenly needed one of the hmarshest stimulant laxatives available, its not a healthy choice I now regret what I've done.
My bowel is so lazy that its not funny
I don't mean to scare you but the rate of cancer is quire high for people 100% reliant on laxatives when I was young I didn't care..now I do
