What I eat quite a lot goes like this
Cereal (cornflakes, sugar puffs etc.) for breakfast
Toast with peanut butter
Sandwich for lunch - cheese and/or ham often, with something added
For tea - meat with something potato and baked beans and mushrooms or onion
very little fresh fruit or veg
I think I might have scurvy
I've been changing up lately for better health and I've been drinking diluted apple cider vinegar and lemon water for weight loss and drinking veggie protein smoothies. I also take a vitamin B complex supplement now.
I also love my apple cider vinegar teas with raw honey and dandelion root.
Since moving into my new apartment I have been cooking a lot. So far I have made red beans and rice with sausage, chilli and cornbread, spaghetti with garlic bread, meatloaf with turnip greens and French fries. For tonight I'm making tacos. Before moving in to my apartment I wasn't eating.
