Hi MSW,

I hope you find the CBT course helpful.

Basicly with CBT you see a psychologist who helps you to pin point situations/ times of the day that you find the most difficult. They will also discuss thinking methods. which is really interesting. A main factor of CBT is teach a person how to identify the 'hot though' the thought that clicks in your mind above all others when a negative event happens and how to think differently. Its a really interesting process. There will be tasks that will have to be completed at home, but its nothing terribly difficult, a little reading every now and again, keeping mood diaries - nothing major.

Good luck and I hope it proves useful for you.
