Hi! I run on Mondays, bike on Tuesdays with friends, and then play indoor soccer on Saturdays when I am not traveling (been traveling quite a bit this month). I am pleased I get some exercise but I used to do a lot more. I used to run five days a week, play sports, and/or go to yoga a few times a week. With my depression, it's hard to get going. I feel like I've lost everything since my psychosis and I can't do the same things anymore.
