Hi! I run on Mondays, bike on Tuesdays with friends, and then play indoor soccer on Saturdays when I am not traveling (been traveling quite a bit this month). I am pleased I get some exercise but I used to do a lot more. I used to run five days a week, play sports, and/or go to yoga a few times a week. With my depression, it's hard to get going. I feel like I've lost everything since my psychosis and I can't do the same things anymore.

I am planning to do my workout of contemporary and traditional low impact aerobics and dance aerobics combined, tomorrow late overnight morning, something like from about 5/5.30am. I shall most likely get distrubed via brother, he has to go out to and prepare for his very early, so that will enable me to then workout ata prefer time, without monitoring the door, or the phone, or post or email, an dmore emails, so that i may really perform the workouts much better.


For most likely 1 and a half hours to 2 hours stint.

Followed up with a little bit of log gathering for the fire and some crunches...guess the log gathering doesn't count...but still...fun

I did a 30 minute run followed by a 15 minute walk on a treadmill yesterday at my apartment gym. I like to listen to audio books while I run. :)

Hi Folks/Hi All,

I hope all are as well as can be expected.

I happened to have done my 12 and into 17 minute mini workout session in at home, however my right arm, following on f rom a boil occurrence, flared up, causing the arm to be painful, so therefore I aborted safely, yep that all important word, in fitness, to cooldown and stretch, and then saw to the arm.


I hope all to workout again, over the weekend.

I am banking/planning on zumba gold, Wednesday, however, I would have to see if i could co-ordinate and manage my time, otherwise, in fact, I could just particpate in zumba, in community where i'll be on Wednesday.

When I have a treadmill available I walk on it for 45 minutes. The endorphins really help with my mood, not for long but better than nothing. Plus the meds cause weight gain so it helps with that.

I have now confirmed plans, that I will go to zumba in my care and community locality, and i have a group in the afternoon int he same complex, and lunch during my stay for the day there.

I'll check back to here to here, during my lunchtime or spare time within the locality on Wednesday.

I did yoga today at my local studio. It was a intro2yoga class and feels good to be back at it. :)

Still down with a shoulder injury , so working on healing right now.. feels like it may be getting better.

I have t his week, terrible psorasis pains in my right leg, I just hadn't been able to workout.

Now that the leg's much much better, I hope to workout to my low impact easier level, salsacise workout, at some point this week. I shall build up gradual.

Nice, Natalie, keep it up!

I got a run in yesterday on the treadmill in my apartment complex. It felt good because I felt a little stronger and went a bit longer that last week. :)
