Hi Folks, Hi All,

Now that I have managed to get my self back to normal following on over the past couple of weeks unwell, and I am much better now, and also what with dental extraction recovery work, now that I am better and if i could be able to sleep, I might just do an hour's workout tomorrow morning.

Otherwise, I'll workout over the weekend.

Hi All,

For a number of reasons, I am looking t o do a challenging, harder and faster workout, tomorrow, a combination of low impact traditional aerobics, and contemporary dance aerobics and toning workout combined.

I managed to workout t his morning, to my fitness dvd, hopefully I'll do an extensive contemporary dance and toning workout tomorrow. Early morning.

I did some chest presses today , feels good.. did alittle bit of walking and that's about it.

Did my chest presses again , twice yup... love me some chest work outs... then I'm doing biceps in a while and might hit triceps also then probably walk.

I managed to do 1 fitness (all of it just) dvd, then just after when I put the 2nd iftness dvd on, I had to call it a day, I was feeling very tired.

my carer tries to find some stuff on alexa to help (she recently found the gruffalo workout) but honestly I am not that active

Hi Folks/Hi all,


I'm alright, thouigh earlier evening, I suddenly had a heard voice. I'm finer again now, having had my supplement - energy, and meal.


I have been working out yesterday and today. Hopefully, I'll then workout on Tuesday, I'm resting in fitness at the moment to recover from working out harder. And fast.

Started my new years gym routine today, biceps, forearms and triceps. On a strict calorie controlled diet of 1,500 calories for the past 2 weeks and its working well. Antipsychotics let me put on 20kg since June now managed to lose a little since then.

Tomorrow, I am going to do hopefully and all being, well, my very low intensity, salascise workout.

I'll get my harder, faster and challenging workout done, on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I did a workout this morning, just traditional low impact aerobics.

I am hoping to do danicer contemporary aerobics, in the morning.
