Hi PastelKittenx,

I agree with you there, also with my anxiety generally I would probably find gyms, intimitating, owing to screens on very loud can't hear self think, let alone speak, I have communication problems nothing to do with mental health, and also the busiest atmospherics of gyms generally, I prefer to go to independant run zumba classes.

Gyms definitely have their downsides. I find a good solution for the Noise is bringing some headphones and jamming while you at it.

Funny you should ask, I was planning on recommendations;


I use; Rosemary Conley Ultimate Workout dvd

Y Plan Fatbreaker, etc, all on one Y Plan dvd

Rosemary Conley Five Day Fat Burner workout dvd

Lorraine Kelly and Maxine Jones, Brand New You workout dvd this one is a extremely long dvd of 2 rounds of workouts, long workouts, however I'm used to the length now.,


Rosemary Conley Real Results

and Rosemary Conley Salsacise Group exercise workout segment, dvd.


I hope this might be of help oh and also, Camillar Dullerup, Dance Aerobics, I'll h ave to double check the name in fact I think it's coming back to me, Dance of The Inches.

Hi,
The Lorraine Kelly workout is very vigorous in deed, however, the other ones, are moderate to vigourus workouts, the light workout is the low impact level 1 salsacise dvd segment.

I have it planned within me, that owing to a bit of a spot of bother with paranoia, and sensitivy today, that on Wednesday or Thursday, I'll workout to a level of harder faster working out within the session. I was feeling temporarily so irate, today. I shan't go into detials in this forum, there's more via my thread, under People Forum.

I Walk on my treadmill listening to music for 30 mins of maybe 40. Im trying to lose weight because i have diabetes.

Hi Folks, Hi All,


I happen to be up early, I am going to be working out to my fitness dvds, from about 5am.

I need to do a harder and faster doubling up the pace, workout.


Goes back to a annoying remark I caught yesterday, whilst out shopping, and I am sensitive as well, as my internal mental health issues, regarding via my strongmutual admirer, and me.


Which brings me onto a point, we are still on course, and I have no intensions of call it droppinghim, I am very much in love and with for him, in spirt, and in person. Deeply attracted to him as well.

Hi All,

Now that I have pretty much recovered from my dental work treatment and recovery, I aim to workout vigourously, in the late morning overnight tomorrow.

I need to get rid of "demons" from my mental health paranoia and before i happened to have been aware literally of Police Officers in a back garden/yard near me.

I am much better this evening.

Particularly, now that I've upped dose back again, to 25ml.

They say the best execise is walking in nature with a good friend, its really good for your mental health and your heart. I lost 80 pounds by walking out side with my brother just talking. I think the best is walking with someone your in love with like a boyfriend or husband, you probably wouldnt notice the weight coming off.

I am planning a nature walk this saturday. TBH I go alone and like it that way. There are groups I could join, but I shy away from that.

I am used to being alone, and I enjoy the solitude on a long day hike. I think even I got married I would still walk alone.

As I was just about to update elsewhere, only a thread query came up so i felt I had to acknowledge.


I have not long completed my early morning workout session of 2 fitness dvds.


I am de irritible now, destressed, more fitter, and more toned up.


I hope to workout next, tomorrow.
