Hi Folks,

I am planning currently, putting down in theory, and then hopefully and all being well, the actual; rebooting/revamping my fitness regime.

I am going to be doing my chair fitness, tomorrow at some point; then, Monday and Thursday, and Friday;

Hopefully, going to zumba gold Saturday morning I really could do working out wise, via the dancier zumba gold, my other one on Wednesdays, is just dance and toning. And, over all, I think, I do prefer danicer zumbas! rather than mixed with toning work.

Also, on Wednesday 27th November, the termperatures shall be reasonable, I am aiming for zumba on that day, for 9.30, it's a class based right over to the North West London side, and I'lm gearing up to leave about 8.15am, to then arrive, to the site for the class, for then on time at 9.30am.

Aside of that, I'll hope Morning wise, earlier, to be working out to my fitness dvds, on Wednesdays, and possibly Tuesdays as well.

And off course, walk, walking on off from bus routes, i can't don't drive.

Have a good evening all

Best regards all,

Natalie.

HI Folks,

I managed to get my low impact salsacise workout done.

During the colder wintry season, I am placing travelling to zumba gold and zumba on hold.

Unless, htere should happen to be a mild day, I'll then consider attending.

In the main, I still have my fitness workouts in at home.

Have a good day all,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

No exercises at the moment. I'm able to keep up the exercise short term, but I always quit. It seems like I have to force myself to do it, instead of genuinely wanting it.

Hi Daybreak,

I am just wondering whether if you might benefiit from a sports or exercise buddy, they could offer you friendship and at same to challenge to motiviate you more into doing fitness - on a regular long term basis - just a suggestion.

Nice to meet you,

Natalie.

Nice to meet you too Natalie,

It might work, but to be honest the idea scares me. I had a friend who I was trying to get in shape with, but I started to feel more and more self-conscious when around him. Eventually I dreaded hanging out with him and I stopped hanging out with him.

If I could learn to relax that probably would help that and bunch of other problems I have.

I developed PTSD and I highly recommend physical activity, seeking joy in nature, and happy bouncy music (nothing sad). I left my career behind, because I couldn't cope with the city with PTSD. Now I'm a fitness instructor! So I can keep my mental wellness in check as well as support others. I've organised a walk on Hampstead Heath for tomorrow (24.11.2019), a free event: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/walk-and-talk-listen-support-in-north-london-tickets-82543338347 Walking, talking, keeping fit, nature and fresh air, a good long sleep from time to time... all these things help our mental health and mental strength :) Whenever I campaign about mental health I incorporate the power of movement and breathing because it's helped me survive, literally.

Hi Folks,

I happened to have been up relatively earlier for once, so I was able to do my salacise workout, it's not too energetic, just a basic low impact dvd segment.

I hope to be working out to this again, over the weekend.

Best regards all.
