Hi Lord Burt, (I do like your change username by the way),

Could I make a suggestion, and I know you won't like this however; try coming off the Onlanzapine and that will help for a start, gradually help, and not without medical supervision, and also, see about being put on a less weight gaining medication.

Just an idea.

Hi Folks,

I'm alright, very well, mental health wise now.

I am planning my chair fitness for tomorrow.

Going to zumba gold, on Wednesday morning, if not, due to wet weather, I'll go zumba gold on Saturday morning,

Best regards all.

HI Folks,

Blimey, it's been a long while since this th read has been updated.

i'm alright, I'm very well, mental health wise.

Now that it's the wintry season upon us - well almost, if at any point of time during the late Autum and Winter, I happen to be up very earlier, I'll get my normal an hour and a half workout going done on a regular basis;

in the afternoons, upstairs in at home - I'll get going with my chair dancing workouts while seated.I'll try to do these, every other day.

Now when we return to the early Spring, again, I plan to engage in morning classes, certain ly once a week if not twice; I also have to think about my finance whether if i'll be able to afford twice a week classes; also getting those chair dancing seated workouts done.

And also walking, in between bus routes.

Have a good evening all,

Best regards all.

Natalie.

I am under strict orders not to change my meds. Besides I tried Abilify for 6 months and it did not work for me love. :)

I just go on walks which isn't good enough but I don't have the motivation or money for the gym anymore. If my mood dips more I will pay for the gym and see if I can drag myself there.

Sometimes I don't enjoy the walking even. I wish I knew how to motivate myself more.

Can you try some kind of sport so you can have some fun? Even play by yourself basket or tennis (hit against a wall), etc

I am planning on getting a normal standing based working out done, on Tuesday afternoon.

I'm hoping I'll workout tomorrow morning also.

I'll implement a lot more chair fitness.

Best regards all.

Hi Folks,

I just couldn't work out this morning, I was very much happily asleep! And, very much in a deep sleep.

Hopefully, tomorrow, early afternoon, from about 1.15/1.30pm, for an hour or so, I'll workout at home then.

Have a good week all,

Best regards all.

Hi Folks,

I have just done a workout.

Consisting of low impact salsacise level 1, just to become more flexbile, and warme up, I was slightly afrthritic any road, and also switching over to contemporary modern dance aerobics and toning combined workout dvd. I warn and forwarn, I do happen to be a hard or harder fitness working out character!.

Have a good day all,

Best regards.

I'm going to the gym tomorrow with my support worker. However my exercise physiology appointments must come to an end as they are costing about 6 and a half grand per year... I simply cannot afford that in my funding package unfortunately. My coordinator of supports is going to arrange for me to visit a normal gym with a few personal training sessions which will be much better for everyone concerned I think. Nervous as with exercise physiology, I have the gym to myself most of the time. This time I will be the heavily overweight woman in a crowded gym. Not good for the ol' self esteem! I do cardio and weights but due to injuries and arthritis, I cannot keep up with a class.

Walking. And walking. And more walking :)

I really love walking. Today I am going for a walk with my Dad, around the lake, a pretty pleasant local beauty spot :)
