Hi Folks,

I decided to take today off, from working out.

All being well on Thursday or even Tomorrow, now that I have been treated for chiropody purposes, I'll be feeling very much better. In fact ah, I'm feeling much better already.

I'm not going to do anything too energetic yet. It will basically be tradtional low impact aerobics.

Hi All,

Feeling tired at the moment. I have done my low impact tradtional aerobics workout and and also, dancier and toning combined workout dvds. Phew! I'm worn out.


Helps me, the workout to gear up ahead to face the day head on much better.

I got a good workout yesterday at my volunteer job moving around boxes of food all morning. It snowed last night so I'm going to have to shovel the driveways again.

Hi Folks,

I am h oping to workout on Monday late morning. I'm planning on doing a faster dancier warm up, and then toning combined done, in time for desk work in the afternoon.

With Wednesday in mind, I'll plan on Tuesday, or earlier Wednesday morning, to do from the same dvd, warm up, dance aerobics, and then arm toning work.

Hi Folks,

I have just completed a very hard and faster of my brand new fitness dvd workout.

I'll do the workout again, all being well, on Tuesday.

I got quite an upper body workout because the charity food pantry had water flooding into the building from snow and ice melt coming in the back, and I had to help chop ice to make a channel for the water to drain around the building. It has been several days and my shoulders and hands are still very sore. My right hand gets shaky I think from my medication, but both my hands were extremely shaky for several days after all the ice chopping. I must have over did it.

Still and a keen and committed walker. It's excellent for both body and soul. In fact, it keeps both happily together as much as a good dinner does hehe :)

Well, spring is here and much of our snow and ice is gone. Once the rest of the ice is gone from the sidewalks my wife and I will probably start going for walks again. I hurt my knee this winter and for a few months it wasn't getting any better, and it hurt a little to walk. But I finally started being more careful to baby it and it has started to get much better so I think I will be able to resume walking soon.

I had some issues, mental health szchiophrenia wise, today, so I am going to do a harder workout within, my dancier and toning workout combined., tomorrow morning, I'm bound to be up earlier i was overnight, this one from 4/4.30pm.

My wife and I finally went on a one mile walk yesterday. The side streets were quite muddy from all the sand they put on the roads for traction in the winter. Many of the sidewalks still have snow or ice on them. This winter was exceptionally snowy and icey here.

Hi Folks,

Well, I'm sleeping very well, at the moment, I am unable to fit workouts in my early mornings.

So, I might allocate time, in due course this week, to make a start with my chair fitness workouts again.

When at any point of daytimes my parents might be out shopping, I'll do a normal workout then.

It's been so cold, and my ankles on both legs have been acting up somewhat, I couldn't workout this morning, however, I am planning to get my c hair fitness done, during the evening.

I have not done any decent exercise for a long time now. I am not 100% sure why this is! :confused:

I am considering doing some exercise. I like going for long country walks, but I don't have the required fitness level, especially in the last few months I have hardly done anything. I will have to ponder this one.

Burt, you could try working up to longer walks. Start out with shorter ones.

All the snow and ice is gone but for some reason my wife an I have hardly been walking much. My wife started babysitting our new granddaughter 3 days a week, but we have a stroller, and that still leaves us 4 days a week without the baby. It has been raining a lot lately and it has been cold so I guess that's what I will blame it on......Mother Nature.

Hi Folks,

As I am back from holiday/vacation now, I now plan to reboot my fitness, I am going to plan, to do salsacise, low impact, for about a week;

when and in the meantime, I'll feel comfortable with this, I'll switch to doing general aerobics, low impact for about approx 12 minutes, mini workout. Then, there on, I'll build up safely doing my dance aerobics workout.


And off course, and in between bus routes, and I can't don't drive, wait for it... walk!
