I am hoping that I'll do my very - very long 4 segments based, low impact dance workout dvd done, tomorrow morning. I am usually up earlier anyway, which enables me to workout way before daytime distractions, such as door, phone, emails even.

I am half hoping that I can now resume to go back, to getting my brand new low impact dance dvd done, at some point tomorrow, I had to have put that one to rest, because of my various boils, and recourring infections which had mat eralised.

I am half hopign I'll do this one, on a regular basis.

I am hoping to get my 4 very long segments of dvd dance workout done, tomorrow morning from about 5am.

I need the extra time, for the workout to get going and finished, before i get ready, and also have b reakfast, before i go out to volunteer.

Hi Folks,

I managed to get along of the warm, up, which is absolutely essential, although annoyingly though they don't do stretching, in the early stages of the workout, I managed to allocate 3 dance aerobic songs, and all before parents came down for breakfast.

Now, I'm going to have to do a harder within workout session, tomorrow morning. For reasons known directly and indirectly about me, oops, I meant external factors.


Mental health wise within me, I'm absolutely fine,. Taking 25ml of med.

I do very much apologise, I inadvertantly forgot to logg out. Once again.
I'd been sitract, just hadn't remembered to return back, shortly after.


Yes, so I am hoping I'll be able to allocate a harder within workout lower impact dance session - dvd wise, in at home, tomorrow early morning.


Something, didn't go quite right, for me today, ah, beyond my control so to speak, in my care and community centre, so I had to importantly address quickly from at home those issues, or that issue, implied, and to help me recover and bounce back more better, I felt, oh i know, I'll do a harder dance workout session, within.


Once again, I do apologise for not having remembered to logg out, in the first instance, I do understand that some posters, they can be logged in for days.

I have completed a low impact salsacise workout, I just thought, to do a winding down to the ending of the week workout, rather than, something a bit too energetic, and strenuous.

Hi Folks,


I am intending on working out, earlier mornings, during the forth coming festive seasonal week.


I might also encorporate, chair fitness sessions, into my workout programming.


I am planning to get to zumba gold in the new year, on Saturday mornings, and also in my own branch of day centre movement, fitness dance sessions, I'm just awaiting for schedule of activities for January, so I can then plan. Hopefully, the schedule won't be published, too late on, into the 1st full week, always annoys me if that should happen like that.


I hope you all keep szchiophrenia well, over this festive season, and also New Year.

I wonder if just being on your feet all day is considered exercise. I put in the first full day of work that I have for a very long time. I helped to renovate a basement bedroom that had water damage. It must have been good exercise for me because I was exhausted by the end of the day and I started to get very soar and stiff by night time. My medicine side effects caused some trouble. After bending down to do things on the floor level, I feel dizzy and like I'm going to pass out when I stand up again. I kept having to take a few moments for the feeling to go away before I could resume working again.

And thank you Natalie for the well wishes. I hope you have a good holiday season as well.

Hi Folks,

I haven't been able to workout much as of late, well, I have been asleep thankfully, overnight, ealier mornings. Also I note, there hasn't been a pattern of helicopters, just to drive me mad, either, so that must now be helping me out to feel more settled, and th erefore can sleep better at night.

If i can be up and about earlier tomorrow morning, I was intending, on doing my traditional low impact aerobics, however, I've since decided, I'll workout to my brand new low impact dance workout dvd.


Happy Christmas all, and a Healthier and Happier New Year. A better fitness year perhaps, class attendances and group fitness wise, anyhow. I'll debrief, my tracking of fitness class workouts, t hrouhg my fitness journey, here at MHF.

I don't exercise, but I want to lose weight.

I will try a calorie restricted diet first, and then if that doesn't work out, then I will exercise.

I used to do a lot of cycling, but I ended up being severely under weight last time I did that as I pushed it too far.

I don't do any keep fit activities. Lost nearly 4 stone coming off clozapine. I am smack bang in the middle of my bmi range. Smoke 20 cigs a day. My body is not a temple. More a waiting room.

Pass the dorito's and dip.

It seems every time I decide to "keep fit" something ends up hurting for unpredictable lengths of time, so decided I will just be limp and flaccid
