I cleaned up all the leaves in my yard yesterday. That must have been good exercise because I am very sore today. I have to deliver a couch and other furniture for the organization I volunteer for today. That will be more good exercise.

I am having a problem deciding whether i workout before travel and volunteering, hmm, I wouldn't like to feel very tired, way before I start off, volunteering, for the morning. And revised, I'm back to volunteering on Thursday morning.

If you think that would be the case, then definitely go with working out afterwards. (Just my opinion. ...) However that may not necessarily be true ... It's OK to experiment and see what's the best option for you.

P.S. If you have "support People" just let them know you're trying different options. (Etc.) Then settle into a routine that's good for you.

Unfortunately, or might be fortunately, I don't have any mental health support people at all. I am basically just under the GP service.

Though, having said that, I am looking to change my medication brand, and if i do happen to be referred as outpaitent, to cmht, I'll note what happens, if I could then r eceive mental health extra support, however and for the moment, just via the GP service band, I am happy as I am.

Exercising wise, I can manage extremely well, as per usual now.

Awesome. Like I said keep trying different "routines" (etc.) until you find something that works best.

I am very muchi into the mode of working out daily now.


Tomorrow, I shall do an extensive, traditional low impact aerobics, and also, extensive fun, harder dance workout.

I'll then workout earlier week.

Hi, Evening Folks,

I have just bought a brand new fitness dvd, it's brilliant choreography and excellent production (apologies to mods, for banging on about this one of a dvd, I have a funny feeling, I am starting - planning wise to become addicted to it, !) and in terms of my volunteering days, and my strong mutual admirer's busier department, I plan to workout to this highly energetic, mainly low impact workout dvd, on a daily, regular frequent basis.

This is so that i don't become too flustered, if I have a problem, being delayed with getting going for my volunteering, which has happened, and then remembering what can be huge amount of volunteering for me, will help me to feel destressed, in advance of on a volunteering morning.


Also, I have come to realise, that I don't like chair fi tness no more, I am actually preferring - normal standing moving about workouts, and this dvd in particular - oops, there i go again, I did warn! complimentary laughing.


I am planning to on January 9th, weather depending, I am going to do zumba, in my care and community centre, which is my main hub base.


Mental h ealth wise, I'm very well, on 20ml, trialing. No mor e hearing voices, thank goodness, nor hearing delusions, thank goodness.

Hi Folks,


Either in the earlier morning, or late morning tomorrow, I am hoping to get a workout done.


It will be low impact tr aditional low impact aerobics, and a fun hard normal hard, dance workout.


I am very much much better, considering, and this was external/internal factor where I was on Tuesday lunchtime offline, last week. I have bounced back and fully recovered. Returned to normal now.

I've stopped going for walks, I guess until spring. My wife hasn't shown any interest in going and I can't seem to get myself to go by myself. Maybe it is because it is cold out and there is slush and snow in the roads. But I have shoveled the snow in the driveway 4 times so far which is good exercise.

Just basically, low impact traditional aerobics.


Or low impact salsacise workout.

I managed to allocate aquarter of an hour = 15 mins within, for my mini 12 minutes workout.

Warm up, stretching low impact aerobics, and cooldown.

I hope to workout properly, on either tomorrow, or on Tuesday morning, way before setting off out, to my volunteering.
