Sadness.
A group that i've been going to for 2 years came to an end at the weekend, it was the last meeting. Hurts to say goodbye. I do feel bad for crying saying goodbye to a friend that I really bonded with who lives quite a long way from me.. I felt guilty for crying because I didn't want her to feel guilt.. not that she would.
But it's ok to cry, isn't it? It's ok to show your emotions, it's a normal thing (i'm totally just trying to convince myself here). x

Of course it's ok to cry SS and it's normal to show your emotions, especially after saying farewell (well not farewell but you know what I mean) to a friend.

Its totally ok to show your emotions SS, it just shows what a caring person you are. :)

I can understand how upsetting this must be for you, we are here to listen if you want to talk about it.

It IS normal, SS. The fact that you're sad about the relationship ending means that it was important to you, and meant something to you, and that's good. If you didn't care about the person and what they mean to you, you wouldn't feel sad about it. It's ok to feel sad, and to cry.
