As in topic. I m trying to be as stable as possible for my gf. I haven't selfharmed for 2 years now. Sometimes it is so hard not to sh or just give up on everything and lay in bed all day. I'm scared that I will eventually break

I use to mark the calendar with a heart. 30 hearts meant a treat like a pedicure or a massage. 💗

Hey, @Blackwolf, are you familiar with any dbt skill to help when you're feeling like you may? Check out YouTube, a book or if you can a therapist that practices it, it has helped me tremendously.

I listen to music, paint, watch a movie, play video games. Just anything to help you think of something else. It's really not easy sometimes, but it helps a bit to focus on something else and give you something different to think about.
