Appearance has always been important to me. But not out of vanity it’s down to insecurity. I always think people will think I’m ugly and talk about me if I’m not made up or dressed appropriately

With regards to everyday acquaintances, they will accept you without question when you fit into the category of ordinary (basic hairstyles, basic everyday clothing). Anything else identifies you as you, and is how people perceive you, and interact/converse with you. As the latter is about your inner beauty, it pretty much all comes down to how you feel about yourself. A healthy mind is one that accepts themselves for who they are, irrespective of their imperfections (which also includes those labels we are given). Falseness and awkwardness unfortunately rarely goes unnoticed, and unfortunately human nature is human nature, there are some that thrive on people's weaknesses, which can make someone's day and personal progress through life very difficult and unpleasant... Generally I am guessing that quality human interaction/communication is key to our personal development and path through life. If schools could find a way to get everyone involved, sharing, understanding, contributing and caring, the benefits to mental health, society and business for our future generations could be enormous. When I think back to work, great things can be achieved through team building exercises...

I felt so kind of enlightened the other day. One of my clients was saying I must see some nasty people.
I answered honestly and said well, no actually I havnt met any clients that I have felt like that towards.
He said maybe you're just a nice person yourself?
Made me think

I normally wear same few lounge clothes around house ,no makeup, hair not done.when go out put on a lil darker tint foundation with blush ,eyeliner and lipstick or light sun screen tinted based foundation with blush eyeliner lipstick . I pull back some of my hair sometimes put in ponytail or wear hair in messy bun.i feel prettier ,more able to conquer the world with makeup, hair done.i think should try to fix yourself up sometimes male or female even if it's not model worthy people will think ur pretty or handsome for trying to care for yourself.i feel better about myself having attractive photos on Facebook to say I did this I made myself up look at my effort 😋
