My gp changed all my medications around-for the best-I was thinking exactly how she was-she did up one medication which I do not care for as it has bad withdraw from it if you have to stop.

Found out 2 things tonight.

1. after messaging a group of people I used to go out with, I seen that they read it, and no comment, and when scrolling not answered any of my last 5 messages, I realise that they don't want me in their lives.

however,

2. at least this helps me in some ways , because when I thought this before, I thought I was being paranoid... and this shows that I'm not.

not really a great outcome though

I don't see my old best mate much more than twice a year. Shows me that I'm completely now intolerable to others. Shame really. I always thought that I was quite witty.

Oh no, that's a bit shit :( hugs from me even though you don't like them :hug1:
I can be a bit rubbish at replies if I don't do it straight away for whatever reason, but would feel terrible if I'd missed 5 messages.
I'm a Billy no mates, self imposed half the time, but it's sad when people don't reply.

yeah, no one to blame but myself.

never go out or socialise, as too much stress on me. probably act weird as a consequence.

I've started last month though trying to go to WMC on tuesdays in last few months and they all seem alright.

Once my mum dies, no one in the world will care for me.

it's a group of 5 too, and all read all of them, and not one replied to any. So really it's 25 messages unread. Still, they all got different lives now with families and that, and eventually everyone realises why I'm a middle aged man who has always been alone. I try to act a a bit, and join in, but probably not a good actor. People (especially people I befriend) aren't stupid.

Thinking why do I get so antsy if someone interrupts me when I'm halfway through doing something, I don't mind for 10mins while I have to chat at my front door, but when it becomes "come on in, don't stand on the doorstep" - not said by me, so now I also look rude - and more and more time passes, I have to force myself to not go finish what I was doing. Which would now also be rude.
