What are you thinking about right now? (mental health related)

Feeling quite insane now. I was thinking about to make a topic about if theres other people here who feels insane due dont have other people to talk to, but I did a topic about that time ago. And didnt find much people to talk there.

Also was thinking to make a facebook group for people with depression who wants to meet other people with depression to talk. But dont know, always the same, all ends with so little replies.

psychiatric nurse phoned under some reorganisation they've been attached to gps surgerys, i was watching something on tv and asked if i could phone back, she got really nasty lunatic refusing to speak to mental health proffessional, we made an appt then when i was on the bus coming to the appt she phoned to check

now she's met me and found i'm med compliant etc she's not going to see me again for another year

i don't see why we couldn't discuss it some other time going on catch up tv and finding my way half way though a episode would be difficult, is an appt with a psychiatric nurse just to check up on me that imporatant, i know some would say any appt is like gold

Dont take it to heart man. Maybe they really didnt want to commit but made the mistake of saying yes beforehand. I do that sometimes, i gets on ppls nerves but i cant really help it as I hardly ever want to plan ahead. I understand your frustration

I wish I could. I am in bad state, so seeing my friends is a chance to feel somewhat better and they know that. That is why I am angry.

I'm wondering if it's just me, although I know it can't possibly be, who feels that mental health teams don't actually do anything?
I was discharged a few years ago and it didn't bother me because I wasn't getting any help anyway.

It's weird to be left in so much fucking misery and contemplating suicide yet nothing gets done.
Is it the curse of the personality disorder label?
Within 10 minutes of waking up this morning I was thinking about how i'd like to end my own life. That's something i'm supposed to live with, is it? Just need a bit more resilience?
Fuck this fucking shit.


It is hard when others don't understand the level of helplessness you feel and how getting through the day is so exhausting
Be proactive and maybe a little pushy in getting the help you need
Keep yourself focused on the next step
Med change? endochrinologist? TMS? Therapy?
I never get the therapy bit - when I am on the right meds and I feel ok - I think I dont need it
but I have learnt from depression this time that I need to make some necessary changes in my life when I can - I need to reach out to people - and value friendship more
I am too independent and isolated not great for depression

To feel comforted by your cat should have been posted there. It's OK to misunderstand, so don't feel ashamed. I am saying this because I had to look it up to see if I had misunderstood something posting anger and sadness here.
