To retool , take stock - scour your psyche ,clean the dammed thing up and be cautious , because making life better means adopting a lot of responsibility and that takes more effort and care than living stupidly in pain and remaining arrogant , deceitful and resentful .

I’m thinking that I hate change and why did our usual night staff not come to work?

Putting someone in hospital is normally seen as unfriendly not friendly.

Yes it is, but sometimes its necessary. Most of my hospital trips were voluntary. The one exception being a suicide attempt.

Its a miserable experience each time however, and every single time I was thinking

PLEASE BE THE LAST TIME

Still being hospitalized made me realize I was delusional eventually.

And I am grateful for that.

IT's taken a year or so clear up the living space and other room to a more streamlined functional spaces and still doing it and can see the light . it took more stages to down size some of my stuff of old and relativity new . so in the future it's more manageable to move when needed . i don't think i would of been able to cope by myself . i feel better in sense in not being so bogged down with things and that in it's self is freeing too me and opened up more direction .

Started unintentionally alienating people with my thought processes - by which I mean, I need to dial back on talking about almost anything if I want to be treated like a person and not like a diagnosis.

Do you think that my friends, family, co-workers and all mental health staff want equal opportunities?

The unspecified people are out of touch with reality with lack of insight and don’t tell the truth - they are not themselves.

Do you think butchers want equal opportunities with the animals they sell/road kill they eat?

Perhaps they treat animals the way they do because the butchers are suicidal.
