@Worriedyin, thanks for your care and support matie, :). Big hugs. I've dealt with worse Paranoia and got through day, they are quite mild compared to some days and I'm still feeling really tranqed off the PRN I took when I couldn't sleep the other day especially on top of my depot which I had yesterday. Hope the nausea passes and you have a good day at work. Big hugs. :).

My old friend, impending doom, has come to visit. Had really broken sleep, a nightmare and really nauseous this morning.

Got things to do today but going to stay in bed a bit longer and make life hard for myself! Bit annoying I didn't have my cpn meeting like I was meant to, hope I have one this coming week. Probably need an antidepressant but am loathe to go back down that road, I've tried so many. Can't do much but try.

I thought going in the bath would help, it's not, I don't know what to do

Imaginary conversations, crying in the bath, all done with ready to leave the bathroom

About how much i dont want to go to work tomorrow. Worrying about the drive in as i feel scared to drive. Worrying about the challenges that may come up at work and if anything will happen that i will feel stressed or bad about.
Trying to hold on to the knowledge of how many hours i need to work until i am free for a bit.

Thankfully not around you
I'm still wearing the elf xmas hat i got from Tesco for 5er and i will need it today ,that being i've got to sort out my medical records out that some created truths was putting in them , i've asked them to be removed back in june/july but keep getting fobbed off from one person to another .

medical code = except from mental health quality indicator - informed diss ( Xaj4x) which refers to below ,which is not the case ..this is unlawful and i've said as such and and it to be amended - also i will be asking the people involved to be made account able in their created truths and go over my medical records in the last five years not only made by this person , some have gone missing as well . so i will have my elf xmas hat on to get my through this matter

When you see or hear of someone being bullied you are meant to tell someone so when I knew someone was being bullied I told my aunt who ignored it. In other circumstances that would show a person’s involvement in the wrongdoing.

One of the managers at work even admitted bullying people with a group of the other managers. No one did anything. Their victims could sue them and the organisation.

And I can prove my aunt knows about people getting bullied but did/does nothing about it. And she’s not the only one who does nothing about bullying.

The mental health staff keep telling me they don’t know what goes on there nor what the staff themselves do at the unit.

Do you know what goes on in a mental health unit?

My aunt is a bully’s accomplice she won’t stop it.

My family know some very rich lawyers they don’t think mental health staff are good and they are happy to lock people up
