Uhh I used to be around smoke regularly up until recently (yeah pretty stupid I know)

Will have to see about vegan eating, involves changing deep rooted habits, not exactly easy.

you eat falafel and chips bro, and vegan burgers. Keep at it. Veganism is easy to pick up but hard to master. I am an advocate of a 90% vegan diet.

I've got a bit of a diversion on my journey due to weather and I'm getting myself in a muddle because I'll have to map read and find where I'm going, and my phone stops working in the rain so I can't use navigation.

So pathetic! I'm useless.

What happens if you don't stick to the timetable?

I'm sure you'll do great!

I was thinking a suicide method earlier. Got worked up all over sleep insomnia.
My friend cheered me up she played a game with me over discord Voice chat. Havent been able to sleep. Slept 2 hrs after being up for 23 hrs.
In bed again at 8 am but cant fall asleep even with meds and blue filter on smartphone.
My life is getting out of hand and job searching hard with no good resume.

There's lot of people letting off fireworks tonight the dogs outside cooling off.
The noise doesn't bother him he actually doesn't give a toss.
He was only 6 weeks old when we first saw him the lady that breeds them was holding up the pup I liked and I was bewildered and asked 'are they birthmarks?? On the pup, she looks ands like ...'oh the kids have been paintballing the dogs oh dear..
But they've been bought up where their mum and dad are gun dogs, the kids had motorbikes so the pups where born into noise that why it doesn't bother him
Paintballing the pups ummm..not a good look
