I can tell you some things that my son experienced (and I am afraid he still thinks about them):
* he is a social experiment in which we the parents are covering everything from him so that the “society” can draw conclusions on how a person would behave on extreme suffering
* everybody’s mentality is controlled by the government (here ther are some remarks about some devices too achieve that, but he wouldn’t say)
* we have placed monitoring devices all around the house and we have a lot of people (almost everybody in the world) working for us so that he can be tracked
* we work for cia, fbi and such..

I had an episode on the train coming from work yesterday. It was one I have not experienced for many years now.

The effect is that it makes me feel faint as if I am going to pass out or just die. Then my mind plays tricks on me like Aliens are doing it to me remotely.

This time I stayed calm to spite the fuckers. I controlled my fear and it was over once I got off the train.

In the past, these types of episode have induced a panic attack.

Mine are mostly similar to Linus’ son and Daffy’s except they’ve evolved into a failed government experiment and now they want me to be terminated. That is why I hear instructions on a daily basis about how I’m going to die.
It’s a delusion I’ve had for many years.

Whenever someone yells or screams on the phone, I feel like they are yelling at me. Consciously, I KNOW they're not. But I fear that I might get yelled like that in the future. It's more like a paranoia than a delusion. But I am a paranoid schizophrenic, so that's the problem.

Yeap, now reading your comments when he was in the acute phase with some panic attacks he also really believed that we are going to kill him and that changed later to something that when he will reach 18 years old he will be “terminated” by the government. When I asked him why would the gov have such interest in him, he said that he know he is of no real interest, but the think he is so it doesn’t matter, he is tracked down, etc. (Try to challenge that by logic or even CBT..)

Hi Linus,

This does very much sound like he is paranoid, in some form. I would seek a medical assistance in this, get him to go or you go with him, to a general doctor, explain exactly like on here, from there now if the GP, can't help, and in most instances, they don't wish to get involved, seek a referral to a phsychatrist, and then they, the pshychartrist can get him the help he needs, usually in the form of assessments, and also the correct type of medication to take.

With me, I have the tendancy, in that, I experienced, that people, in my areas, I go to, or via my home local areas, were talking, and I mean talking too much about one, and I had have the tendancy to then wonder, are people talking about,me, somewhat? And since from doormant, where mental health attributes of mine, have brewed up, part of my conditon, and come to the fore, I have this type of paranoia happen a lot. And I take, 25ml of med.

Nowadays, I have been very well, overall, and have less paranoia. Still taking 25ml of medication.

Best regards.

In my legendary psychotic episode of 2012 I went on a crime spree. Eventually the cops caught me, but they did not know everything I did.

I tried to steal Royal Mail large truck. - I thought there had been a nuclear war, and I was going to use the truck to drive up north. :D

though he experiences people talking about him in public places i cannot comment further other than to say he copes well with his everyday living requirements, a quote from a letter from a psychiatrist in support of a dla claim

and i wouldn't put it past them to talk about me, a diagnosed schitzo, in public places

i heard the tv making decisions that i was thinking. If i made a thought the people on tv would react accordingly. Felt scary there at first. And music would play with my mood at the time being. But that was a long time ago but the last memory of my delusions was it made me feel important an now my feelings really mean something almost like a gift from life. i have made a great life even with my complications.
