Wondering if anyone with intense anxiety has felt these symptoms that I'm having daily.

My arms and legs are super sensitive to cold or even cool air. Cold air blowing on me, like the ac or the ceiling fan, is physically painful. And it seems like it takes forever for my arms and legs to warm back up if they get cold (no circulating problems and my skin isn't cold to the touch). Also, sometimes it feels like there is ice water in my thighs, even if I'm laying on bed, completely warm.

I've had intense anxiety that started this summer and has gotten worse over the past few months. Of course my symptoms make me even more anxious. So it would help to know if others have experienced similar symptoms due to anxiety.

Yes, I find that I am very sensitive to the heat and the cold. I thinks it's because with anxiety our systems are over sensitised, consequently feelings everything more strongly.
