They're phenomenal. I typically sleep very poorly and toss and turn all night. The blanket isn't a 100% cure, but it absolutely helps comfort me and keep me more still. I sleep a lot better with it

you can use them during the day too.

They are designed to tap into a natural reaction to being cuddled and squeezed which relaxes you.

I think Temple Grandin might have discovered this when she used to go in a cow squeezer?

But the cow squeezers exist to relax the cows.

I dont have a weighted blanket, unless you count one who is covered in fur (Willow) so idk if one would be useful for me. Willow would probably get dominant territorial towards it for "sleeping" on top of HER meowmy

My weighted blanket has been a constant comfort. I can't recommend it enough. It gives a great sense of comfort. I owe sleeping well because of mine. I also have a TAD 'Shagmaster' over-blanket. It's got high loft, is warm and moulds around me well.

When I lost my husband, a friend recommended a weighted blanket. Desperate over my increasing insomnia, and waking up far too early each day, I bought one and never regretted it.

Weighted blankets are not cheap. But are well worth every bit spent on them. I bought weighted blankets for my twin daughters, and they've been very happy with them.
