I’m so sorry to ask but can 20-40 calories extra make you gain weight? It’s causing me so Much anxiety x

I love your name! Firstly, it's normal for our weight to fluctuate a few pounds throughout the day. You gain weight when you take in more calories than you can burn and each pound has 3,500 calories. I think you're gonna be fine with an extra 20-40 calorie! And did you know that thinking burns calories? We even burn calories when we sleep too (we spend about 2/3 of our energy [calories] in order for our bodies to function! I know you're from the UK, but maybe this website might help Choose MyPlate.
