It can feel like a nightmare when so much going on AQ.
The only way I get round this, is to sit outside and chill for a bit, have a cig. Get a notepad and write out what needs doing etc. I don't find it as daunting if I've got a list and can do one thing at a time, rather than thinking of so many things, and working myself into a frenzy.
Try that, and try not to be so hard on yourself. You aren't weak.
