they are all different I guess.
when I was 5 I had a ginger cat
who used to invite all his mates in

and then later on we had a cat that was
half tabby and half siamese
who would fight everything, even dogs and foxes
he had ripped ears from his fights
I was so proud of him

:hug5:

thankyou, yes I suppose having children around
would make you more used to noise

I think maybe its like they think I'm just a woman on her own
and I dont count
whereas if I were in a couple, they would be more respectful

Zoe your right having kids around you would make you more used to noise, we've been to see my hubbies daughter last week, 2 lads running mad and screaming and omg my head was bouncing.

You've got it with a couple living next door they would be more weary not knowing what to expect.

oh that kind of question yes
I would not respond to that
except sometimes if I'm feeling vulnerable
I give too much away
but I'm trying to learn not to

I used to be like this when I was younger and it was only took advantage of but health's a different story, people walk away more than listen.

I was telling my hubby last night when I went off line, as he doesn't like things like that like me and he said that's not on, get intouch with the environmental health and get them in to record the sounding to see if it's acceptable. xxx

thankyou Warrior thats very helpful

ive tried recording it
and while I get very clear recordings of the next door dog
even through the walls,
the war games dont sounds like much when I recorded them
although it sounds very loud to me
to hear shooting all evening

they probably think I'm a grumpy old lady  :grouphug:

Zoe my hubby was nasty about it

You'll always get a dog clear especially if the barks deep also, shooting constant would do my head in but environmental health can tell if it's to much and will soon act on it.

No your not a grumpy old lady, everyone is supposed to live at a certain volume

We're quite hear and only attached to the elderly neighbour next door and I can't stand the tele loud and we can't hear her family when they come to visit so it's peaceful.:)
