Hi.
Wonder if anyone can help. I had a panic attack last night after a week of them and being put on sertraline.
I do have vivid dreams anyway and often wake up talking but last night I woke up clutching my left eye and not shouting in pain but definitely "argh" if you get me! I don't even know if I felt pain but it escalated into me filling in the blanks of all sorts, brain haemorrhage etc. And an ensuing panic attack as a result.
Has anyone had similar? Or have those thoughts about having an underlying issue that's much worse?
Think it frightened me more cos it woke me up.
Thanks x

Hello and welcome to the forum

I haven’t personally experienced this but I’m sure others will get along soon
