I still get voices that disrupt my sleep. Once I wake up I don't hear anything. I get really vivid and strange dreams as well. I have went for professional help and didn't get anywhere. One psychatrist says this is normal hypnagogic hallucinations if you're stressed. Another mental health professional says get to a psychiatrist soon. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm still working and everything. This is really stressful though.
