voices telling me to do things

bad things tried to tell crisis team last night but am scared if i tell them the whole truth may end up in hospital again under section. he asked me last nite if i could resist them resist doing wot they are telling me to do told him yes but should have said no and i dont care anymore think that may then involed the police and assement under the mental health act so scared

How are you today gail? Can't imagine how scared you must be feeling... If you don't think you cant resist doing what they tell you then you must tell someone. I by no means think this will be easy but think what might happen if you don't.. YOu have to look after yourself. If you can't resist you will end up in a much worse position.... I hope you're okay today, thinking of you x
