I hope so thank you.@doomsayers it sounds to me that you have been having a really intense time with what has been happening. Just chilling, having some fun and de-stressing can really help.
Do you have some good movies you can watch or music to listen to and/or friends to call/chill out with? or do you prefer to do other things to unwind?
It seems that you have bought quite a good support crew together here who can help you. That's a great step on the road to recovery.
