yemyem i cope by understanding that theres something im not doing right. i try and understand that although im not all the names they call me, i take what they say and dig deep and try to see if there is something wrong in the way i think or behave. For me, im looking at this as a second chance at life if i dont drag this on any longer with resistance and delusions. but thats just me

i found the more frustrated, angry, and inside yourself you are, the more they torture you. Their aim is to drive you mad and to push you into doing something good for yourself in a round about way. What are you struggling with or should i read over what youve already wrote. like i said, not sure how to use this
That's what is happening with me

Lovely to see you again. Keep talking to us and seeing how you get on. Have you booked an appointment to talk with your psychiatrist? I think you need an urgent consultation.

I know you've had contact with a MHT and I know they didn't listen to what you were saying, but did you tell them about the voices? It also sounds as if you are hallucinating, did you tell them about that too? Seems like you are going through an awful lot, just to be prescribed anti-depressants.

I'm truly glad you are still with us @Yemyem and I really do think there is a way forward for you.
Yes i told them. They insisted its BPD

I should say, I really like how you're telling us about what has happened to you. The trauma you've been through is immense. Have you talked through these things with anyone before?

This comment:

It started after I got raped by three men in my house. Then after my cat died they went worse. Its been only bad this past year
made me think that one place you could get some support from is a Rape Crisis Service. They provide specialist support and services to women and girls who have experienced rape, sexual violence, or sexual abuse at any time.

Here is a link to their website:

As I understand it, the voices you are hearing are most likely to be a reaction to what has happened to you.

Ok @doomsayers I got you. They are not always right about things and offer only an opinion. You know best about what you are going through. I think it's essential that you get short term respite, continued support and longer term help, It is distressing listening to what you are going through so I can only imagine how it feels.

First, to take the edge of things, instead of self-medicating (which you are doing), I'd listen to the voice hearers here and people who have felt/feel the way you do and watch some of the videos and read the links they have provided.

Second, I'd rock up at A&E with a short summary of how you've felt and what you have done since being discharged. Tell them what you are going through and ask for appropriate medication as @NWiddi did.

Third, I'd contact the MHT and GP and ask for more support in terms of a medication review and being given therapeutic support. Ask for an urgent review. I'd do this by phone but also back this up in writing (via email or letter). Be sure to log the occurrence of suicidal thoughts and other thoughts of self-harm.

Fourth, contact the groups suggested and continue to get support here also. Offload. Scream, shout, rant and rave if need be. We are here to listen.

I know this is a lot to do, but you are worth it.

@doomsayers it sounds to me that you have been having a really intense time with what has been happening. Just chilling, having some fun and de-stressing can really help.

Do you have some good movies you can watch or music to listen to and/or friends to call/chill out with? or do you prefer to do other things to unwind?

It seems that you have bought quite a good support crew together here who can help you. That's a great step on the road to recovery.
