When I read what your voice said it makes me think that its telling you to think about something else.. like I would take it as it giving helpful advice on changing my focus , and finding a distraction. But that's how I would take it in your situation.. but I wouldnt like it if it were yelling.. and wailing.

It is not a helpful voice. It is a pleading selfish one
