What do people think about taking vitamins to treat or prevent Schizophrenia?

Has anyone tried the recommended vitamins for Schizophrenia? Did you feel any difference?

Ones on the website say:

Sarcosine

D serine

Melatonin (I thought this was a naturally occurring chemical in the brain which signals you to sleep.)

N acetyl cysteine.

B vitamins ( I have had berocca and supermarket own brand berocca with the same amount if b vitamins as the real brand. This made no difference to me at all. Didn't even stop me from getting colds. Did not give me energy. Nothing.)

Omega 3. (An essential fatty acid. Should eat that any way. It is also good for your heart I think. I like fish so not too much if a problem for me to get my recommended intake.)

I am quite cynical.

Thinking about it I reckon a Lorra lorra sleep would help me to feel better. Best of all sleep is free.

I take a multivitamin, and a fish oil capsule. I don't see the harm in it. I think it has long term health benefits if anything.

I don't think it helps with the schiz, - but yeah I think sleep is the best thing to do.
