Very low energy

My energy levels are often low. It can be very frustrating too be low on energy most of the time. I find it helpful to keep pushing through otherwise I would just isolate myself. I am not on any medication and I have found exercise helpful in the past. I am walking a bit at the moment and I will start swimming again soon. Socialising and exercising have been the two things that do help a lot. I try not to let my mood dictate how I live. I have been low today and I have not let this stop me from doing the things i needed or wanted to do.

Have you tried the vitamin drinks like berocca??
They taste like squash and make your piss glow in the dark but they do give you quite a lift as well xx

Hi,

I know that when I feel tired in the day, and depending what I have done, activities, out and about, if I know I just need that energy boost, I always make up a dose of my B Vitamin support drink, which thankful very much so from a supermarket, chain, they produce, in soluble format as I cannot swallow pills, and the B vitamin drink is very much more of a energy booster.

I have found it helpful to go for a walk and this can give me some energy. It has been tough at times today, I try to accept how I am in the moment and walking a friends dog seems to help at times. Exercising, socialising and trying to eat some fruit. Their are no easy answers as I have this for many years, I have learnt ways for my mood to not dictate what I do and to keep moving forward.

How is your low energy at the moment? Can I recommend, a type of wafer bar it's an energizer wafer and it immediately gives me that extra boost of energy; if yoiu would like, you could pm me, and I'll advise the name of the wafer bar properly and the shop chain where you can buy from. I just realised this might be another excellent energy booster for you and, they come in 3 flavours.
