Hi there, Im currently waiting at my Doctors surgery to get a Script for Valium. I've been feeling quite anxious and hope this is enough to warrant a Script. I don't take it often only when really needed.

I have some for emergencies too, I find it sends me to sleep and gives my poor brain a break

I have lorazepam for emergencies and also it helps me sleep at night. But they are wary about giving the kind of tabs out as they are highly addictive

I only get a 7 day supply of 5mg diazepam. I find it bloody horrible stuff but gets me out of the loop whilst my brain resets.
