Hello

So. I keep losing weight. I am 179cm tall and on may 6 I was at 91,5kg. Fast forward to today 14 of may and I am st 87kg.
8 years ago I was fighting, severe health anxiety and panic attacks, I did win after w years.
Last August I suffer from great deal of grief, I lost my father and circumstances were even more stressful.
But all kicked in in April when I got sick, I would start to obsess and Google things up. It later turned out it could have been shingles. Then since begging of May my obsession about health would increase and my anxiety shot through the roof. Soon after I got cold and bad cough, week later I noticed I am dropping weight and that just set everything off. I keep looking it up and obvs finding worst things associated with rapid weight loss, I feel miserable, last week I made sure I eat 2300 calories as minimum per day and today I checked to see I dropped another 1kg in week and a half.
Since beggining of may I also have other reocuring symptoms. Night sweats, twitching, muscle aches, dull ache under right rib, tension headaches constipation, heart palpitations and had one panic attack.
I am honestly depressed, thinking the worst is happening and stressing I won't be able to enjoy life and support my family. I feel holess

Hi Hubert you don’t say I’d your on medication for your anxiety. If you are it may be a side effect although most tend to make you put weight on. If your eating 2300 calories a day and not doing a lot of exercise you should be maintaining your weight. It may be worthwhile getting a checkup at your GPs

No, I don't take any medication for anxiety. Waste taking antibiotics for my cough last week and prebiotics (still taking probiotics) I am exercising but tiny bit every day and I have my doctor appointment today.

So. Blood test all normal, just my cholesterol level I tiny bit high. My lungs xray came back ok too.
Regarding weight loss, my GP thinks I don't eat enough, so she said to eat at least 2,000 calories a day and come back after 4 weeks. 4 weeks! She obviously did not take it seriously. This is ridiculous

your daily caloric intake should be a reflection of a few factors such as

age
height
gender
activity lv
health issues

when i was 13 i had anxiety so bad i would shit myself maybe 10 to 15 times a day i lost a huge amount of weight that was chalked up to stress and anxiety you could also have that ? maybe get your blood tested you could have something that is causes this
